※牛仔製品之特殊刷紋、色澤經由人工磨石刷洗，
所以無法確保每件製品皆百分百與圖片完全相同，
且刷洗過程中造成商品的自然磨痕或微洞，實為正常狀況

1. 與淺色衣物搭穿時，會有自然摩擦掉色現象，實屬正常現象，受污染之衣物用標示之洗滌方式搓揉即可清洗乾淨。
2. 洗滌時，必須要參照洗滌方式。
3. 洗滌時應將產品反面洗滌，並與其他衣物分開獨立清洗。
4. 整燙時，請用中溫 (140℃以下) ，並墊布整燙或是蒸氣燙


牛仔類洗滌方法:
為了能盡量維持版型，洗滌前需先將鈕扣或拉鍊扣好，口袋內也要清空。
牛仔類翻面後再洗，是洗滌的核心事項！
將比定量更少的中性洗劑倒入冷水中攪拌均勻，然後放入牛仔褲輕輕用手清洗，不要用力搓揉。
髒污處稍微沾取中性洗劑並搓洗即可，無需先用水稀釋。洗劑中倒入一點鹽巴可防止牛仔褲脫色與變形。
洗滌時間盡量縮短在5~10分鐘內。
以冷水沖洗過後，不要扭乾牛仔褲，只需要輕輕將水分甩掉。
日曬過後的牛仔褲會像曬乾的海帶般硬梆梆，此時可將牛仔褲吊掛在剛洗完澡的浴室裡，牛仔褲吸收浴室內的濕氣後，就會變得柔軟。
牛仔類在製作過程為了定色多少會有味道殘存，第一次穿著前請先洗滌並避免和淺色衣物合洗。
